  Orders take a while but they are always flatout, a very busy shop which shows that the food is good and the customers happy to visit.
  It is a fairly large new shop that is why it looks spotless and clean. I would definitely go back to buy another feed of chicken if I'm going through this way again

  I ordered a 21 piece box and requested that there be no wings in there, I received 9 wings, 4 ribs and and 8 disgusting thys that were pink in the middle with no drumsticks or breast. Uber wouldnt give me a refund or help me get them exchanged. NEVER AGAIN THIEVES. St Clair, St Mary's and Penrith are all the same.

  One thing, I don't buy gravy here anymore. Not only did they remove the large gravy, but now they also charge $2.95 for their small tub. While, I have gone to Red Rooster, and got a large (4 times the size of KFC small gravy) and consistent gravy for $3.00. It's absolutely ridiculous what KFC charges for their food, and often times lacking quality.
  Edit: Prices on the gravy now are just disgusting $4.95! Outrageous.

  Service overall can be slow, especially at peak times. Last visit was bad with a split container of coleslaw and the chicken not being put in the box properly so the oil ran through the bag and on to the seat.

  Definitely not fast food. Waited 20 mins for a couple of pieces of chicken. Chips were stone cold, soggy and not cooked. Staff didn't seem to care at all about the wait. I wasn't the only one in the shop waiting the same amount of time. Worst thing was there's no apologies, as though this is what happens every day. Don't bother going here.

  Upon arrival to pick up an online order, requested fresh chips with the 2 meals I had ordered, was told by the girl at the first window she would pass that on, got my food and was told by the second girl the chips were fresh- felt them and they were cold as, was asked to wait 2 minutes for fresh chips and waited almost TEN. When we opened a twister at home the was a HAIR on the wrap, they offered a credit after much debate with the manager about the situation, however after the service received on our first visit to this KFC, not even sure if want to return. Minchinbury is much better.
